Habitat
Habitus Small tree, about 5 m tall, the bark greenish and coming off in Flakes. The fruits yellow, 4 cm long and 3 cm in diameter, the flesh black, sweet. In primary forest, about 50 m above the river San Francisco. The plant is said to flower in May with white flowes about 2-3 cm long (fide Campo).
